Frequently Asked Questions

Pathways Recovery Center’s Supervised Detoxification and Residential Inpatient Programs provide treatment for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Can I Have Visitors?

Having a strong support network is an important factor in long term recovery.
We do allowed scheduled visits with family and loved ones.

Will insurance cover my treatment?

Pathways Recovery Center works with most private insurance companies. Coverage varies widely depending on your policy and insurance company. We also offer different financing options. Have us check your policy here.

How long will I be in treatment?

Treatment episodes at Pathways Recovery Center average between 15 and 30 days. Length of program varies depending on level of care needed, progress in treatment, and your individual needs. Detox lasts up to 7 days.

What about my job?

We understand that careers are very important, but your health must come first. If you continue to spiral in addiction you could lose your job and what you’ve worked hard for. Many employers have medical leave options for occasions like this. Our staff will also work with your employer at your request, otherwise your treatment at Pathways Recovery Center remains confidential.

Can I take my medication while in treatment?

We’ll go over all of your prescriptions during intake. All medically necessary medications will be continued. Pathways Recovery Center is a Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) facility, so some narcotic medication could be administered during detox, however we do not allow narcotic medications, opened vitamins or other pill bottles, or any medication containing alcohol, unless prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner.

Can I receive mail there?

Social support is essential in recovery from addiction. You can receive letters and packages while in treatment at Pathways Recovery Center, but all items must be opened and searched for any illicit or prohibited material. Safety is our priority.

What is your confidentiality policy?

Your consultation, treatment, and any other interactions with Pathways Recovery Center are 100% confidential. Any communication with other facilities, family, and any entity outside our treatment team, requires your written consent per federal HIPPA guidelines.

How are the accommodations there?

At Pathways Recovery Center, we offer semi-private, spacious rooms in our luxury facility. We want you to be comfortable and cozy so you can focus on your recovery. Our facility is large with a low capacity to allow for plenty of space per client.

Do you treat co-occurring mental disorders?

Although Pathways Recovery Center is not a mental health facility, we are a co-occurring equipped treatment center. We treat substance abuse disorders alongside mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and PTSD. During your screening and assessment, our clinical staff will work with you to determine your level of care. Our staff believe in treating the whole person, not just the addiction.
